Bestway Recycling was established in 1980 with the objective of reducing the volume of waste polythene going to landfill in the UK. Since then we have diverted over 60,000 tonnes of polythene from landfill to the UK recyclers.

We understand that many companies, due to the potential for adverse publicity, do not want their waste exported. We are dedicated to supporting recycling and employment in the UK by concentrating on material which the domestic market can use.

We operate a depot in Upchurch, Kent from which we collect waste polythene throughout London and the south-east. Any polythene which is too contaminated for UK recyclers is cleaned and sorted into a grade that can be recycled in the UK. Collections outside London and the south-east are undertaken by a fleet of sub contract hauliers with most of the material which is collected going direct to a processing factory.

We are registered Waste Carriers and members of the Road Haulage Association.
